Rapid rheumatology access for busy professionals and parents

The Direct Express Tele Rheumatology service provides rapid access to a FACD Specialist Rheumatologist.

Many of our patients are busy professionals and/or parents needing to find a solution to a skin related issue or condition, but don't have the time to visit their GP and wait months to see a Specialist Rheumatologist, hence we developed our Direct Express Tele Rheumatology service.

  2. Complete and submit your Patient Registration Form

    • Click here to access digital or .PDF version (please email the .PDF with requested photographs)

  3. Emailed 4x Photographs of the skin condition to admin@telerheumatologist.com.au

    • Photo 1: 1 metre from the patient’s condition

    • Photo 2: 200mm from the patient’s condition

    • Photo 3: 50mm from the patient's condition

    • Photo 4: Close up or Dermatoscope if possible

Technology Requirements

To hold a Direct Express Tele Rheumatology consultation, simply setup your video call enabled device (laptop, tablet or smartphone) in a safe, quiet and private space at home or at work in a private meeting room.

You will receive an email with a safe, secure link to your Tele Rheumatologist Consultation. This link will be activated during your Tele Rheumatologist Consultation time.

Our Specialist Rheumatologist will connect with you and guide you through the consultation.
